There is one poe left that I can't find. I've checked the world map and it says I've collected all of them in every province and I've collected the two in the city in the sky. Anybody know where the last one could be?

    A Poe that is commonly missed is at the beginning of the Snowpeak Ruins. After you enter, there's six armor sets that can be demolished with the ball and chain item. A wayward Poe is in one of them.
