    You can jump to the levers that don't have the staircase in front of them, which causes the staircase to move. Play around with the moving stairs for a bit and you'll eventually get to the right door.

    The water temple is a bit too complex to explain here but if u keep playing around, u'll find what u need to do. I'm a veteran gamer but even i got stuck.
