For some ODD reason, in the replay, for like 1/10 of a second it shows this, when I'm like 2 seconds past that part... Wha? Okay, that is in fact a bottomless pit Nintendo, what about it?..

    Do it tight Dan. Like turn really late for that jump and maintain your drift. If you're going to fast release your drift in the air as late as you can. I suggest wood wheels to practice. (Went up to 1:59.5XX with just the wood wheels)

    Here's a picture of (close to) where you should be for the jump. Sorry for the slight imprecision, try pressing A + R + Joystick + Home all at once while trying to get a good example picture. Anyways a bit as shown in the image is where you should be.

    Woah, when I said my average was around the 1:58s... I was serious. Finished that run I was doing, cause why not, and I got this. Easy. Makes me look back at my old 1:58 - 1:59 records and I notice... I was good, but not THAT amazing... Maybe I'll look at my 1:56.908 one day and think it's not amazing. This feels weird but kinda good. At least I know I'm improving.

    My perm goal has been 1:55.999 ever since I hit 1:57.143... Strange to think that my current record beats all world records up to 2011-12-23 (basically 16 of them). PS: A good song for time trials is Let's Go! by Lensko. For some reason I feel like that song goes well with Mario Kart 7.
