    Hrmm he is a cartoon, though when I saw the hours I was surprised but then I said 'this is just a game' he also whips out a mustache to play his boss. (sometimes I think he IS the boss and says otherwise mainly because we never see said boss unless this guy is impersonating him).

    Yeah, most likely he IS the boss! That way 'the boss' can be the bad guy for making the rules and he can be the poor overworked employee that so many can relate to. That's likely why I defend him (when he isn't real, though if creators can't get you to care about fictional characters, they have failed). I work in retail, at the same job for years, but am never appreciated, so I speak from there.
