    You have to hit the words/names on the places the picture hasn't been revealed yet.......sooo if the top of the picture hasn't been revealed you have to keep hitting the that same spot intill the pic is revealed. And you need to keep doing that over and over.

    If you have Bayoneta just jump and use your neutral air and hold A. The move is active for a long time and the bullets spray everywhere.
