    hi if you what to catch an expert pokemon than i think,rating has tobe 3,4 ok. and if that don't work than,rating5,6.OK 20-20=40 :]

    S (highest), A, B, C (lowest). A, B, and C are just for show, but S is needed to unlock more Expert Stages. Keep in mind that S Ranks you get in Main Stages ONLY count towards the unlocking.

    To get an S Rank on Main Stages, you want to try to finish with half the Moves you started with or more. For example, if you start with 20, you need to finish with 10 or more. For odd-numbered Moves, it's rounded down (start with 15, finish with 7 or more).

    One more thing: using Moves +5 counts as a separate thing. So for example, if you used that on a 20 Moves stage, you'd start with 25; however, the requirement to get an S Rank is STILL 10 Moves or more (instead of 12).

    1) S ranks on Main stages unlock Expert stages. 2) S ranks are achieved by defeating the stage using half or less of the moves/time given (with few exceptions). 3) Usually, A ranks are 'almost' S ranks (have a decent amount of moves left) and C ranks are if you used all of your moves, with B ranks being in-between.
