    my Time in Pokemon Yellow is 57:01. Pokemon League finished Pokedex 151 complete and yet your time is already 59:09 I think youre grinding a bit too much

    good luck with scyther, as for chansey you have better chance (no pun intended) on catching it at the cerulean cave at the same room where mewtwo is which is accessible after the Pokemon League, I caught my Chansey there because I can weaken and battle it, also it wont run away giving you more chance to catch chansey
