@Mr Ness Yeah. me too. At least we have hope that the makers of Zero would love to use her in a sequel if they make one. So we should really hope this game does well enough to earn a sequel. I'm hoping it's more like Assault. I know a lot of people dislike it because "on foot mode was overused" but I personally loved it. However It'd be wiser for them to find a balance that would please both fans.

@Foxen Same here.. ;-; I'm hesitant about buying Zero immediately but I'm certainly getting Guard! :D I'm sure I'll get Zero when it's been released for awhile xD @Kevin So nice to see Krystal support after everything :D @NJ Fox I'd love that! :D other Krystal fans would enjoy that too. ^.^

First of all, I love Assault because you can hop in and out of vehicles and stuff blowing up looks intense. It's my second favorite game behind 64. It's just that Krystal has brought bad luck to any Star Fox game she's in where they're either heavily criticized or negatively reviewed.

@Zelda Falco I must've called a thousand tiiiiiiiiimes! xD @King That was Command you speak of. ^^; and honestly if you were to go off Krystal based off of her actions in Command, I totally understand why you would hate her. I think everyone was a little out of character in that game anyway. I liked Krystal in Assault =)

@Zelda Falco To me it's just a coincidence that she was featured in those games. The games she's in, the makers were just straying away from the original source of Star Fox. Adventures should be treated as a spin off and that would help Star Fox fans to think differently about it. And Command the controls were different and the characters seemed.. out of character. Wouldn't you agree that Assault-

-is the best rated title out of the two because it kept the most Star Fox origin in it? =) All it needed was more playable characters (Leon, Panther etc) , optional Arwing or On Foot modes with Co-op available and more missions and I think it'd be a big hit for both 64 fans and Assault era fans. ^-^ If only Nintendo would take that into consideration.. x'c

Please, a character is not the reason the series had issues, it's the individuals having such a ridiculous standard with it that this even happened with Mario and Zelda with their gamecube installments. I've said it before, but even if say Adventures never happened and Assault was the follow up, you'd still consider it the worst anyway.

I don't play assault for the story or any star fox game for the story lol. I thought the big problem with assault was the game mechanics were split between a single player and a multiplayer experience. Yet, it heavily favors multiplayer. If they just stuck to a deep single player with action genre mechanics, or just focused on a casual multiplayer game, it'd be infinitely better.

For the record too, and i've brought it up before, this isnt the first time a series did something completely different after the first game. Mario 2 in the US was never an actual Mario game, and Zelda II was so different that many despise it on top of how stupid hard it was. So how is it an issue for Star Fox to do this when clearly it happened twice if not more times in the past?

For the record, Fox dropped Krystal first which started the whole downward spiral of the story in Command. It's insulting since you had absolutely no control over it! Why of all things would Fox praise his friendship with his teammates at the end of SF Assault then suddenly at the very start of SF Command he throws it all out the window and goes solo? It completely contradicts his character!

@Gameguy I've already done my part with Command and honestly you cannot pin it on one character still. That was entirely the writers fault for being dumb with not just her but with everyone else, they barely even reference the events of Adventures and Assault until way later which adds to how inconsistent the plot is. It's why no one acknowledges it because it's like Other M on how messy it is.

There's only like a few things from command that was relatively interesting. -The Fox and Krystal ending because it actually calls for a sequel, in fact many consider this ending the real ending because there's no stupidity that happens -Marcus because that could've called for a spinoff involving Dash as the main villain -The bounty on Wolf I see as him getting an enemy who's after him

I disagree that Krystal's problem extend beyond command, and a character can ruin a series. I wish I could accept adventures as a spin off, but it affected continuity. It was rather depressing to have everyone age 8 years from 64. 64 left itself open for any possibility for the future, yet... Adventures pre determined the whole cast. I don't believe characters should die or replace one another

If they chose to rewrite the character, it'd be best to keep it simple and focus it around the gameplay (the characters.). Video games aren't movies, and they shouldn't have to worry about deep plots for future installments.

^This guy just sees Star Fox as blasting baddies, scores, and one-liners. The only thing Krystal "ruined" is this Fox X Falco/Wolf headcanon garbage certain people have... other than that, Krystal hasn't "ruined" anything. You people act like she actually affects how Star Fox is played after SF64. I'm pretty sure you people would be fine with Krystal if she had memes like the rest of them.

crystal i liked in adventures and assault, i hate ger because of command and what she did to fox, if i never saw her again id be happy, too bad she is confirmed canon forever.
