How do I put a profile picture on miiverse. I am talking about the blank space behind my Mii picture. I have seen many people with a picture in that spot. Who ever explains this to me, I will follow and yeah then and get rthem more followerd.

What you do is pick your favorite picture, then post it to Miiverse. Tap on the little wrench picture and choose the "set screenshot as favorite post". Then the screenshot will be in that spot!
