he's cheating using a glitch blue shell that flys around him and as soon as you pass him the blue shell hits you.....so you pass him you get hit then another and another..... continuously like one a sec...then he passes

no he's a cheater and is not trying to hide it liie the other cheaters who use a tiny speed boosting cheat....people will drop out of your games like crazy and you will just be left *to play with yourself*
