    idk, look a lot like a eye for me. If we go for Genocide ending of undertale, so chara. We could say it's his/her eye, but the eye itself look little reptile like, so chara fusion with his/her own darkness to tranform! If ur asking what's the grey triangle, l'll say the reflect of light of some sort. From the angle of it, l'll say it's light coming out of a door, prob the next Chara victim or. . .
