    @B.X.X.L Yes you can get banned from MV A smaller/first time offense can get you banned for two weeks. A larger offense can get you permanently banned And if you break the rules repeatedly and show no signs of stopping then you get console banned which means you can't even access you NNID.(I think that is how that goes at least)
