I just think it's silly to judge someone for how they want to express themselves. Yes, the rules are important and the administration has every right to remove content or users they think will disrupt the community, but 1.) not everyone knows the rules like the back of their hand and 2.) it just comes off as preachy to judge others as such

You can act like a savior all you want, but you won't be able to fix everyone. And that's all I have to say.

Sky, I read his posts, and I don't recall name-falling...unless I missed something? Gabriel, I agree in the case of a slip-up here and there, but the guy we're talking about was almost definitely a troll who was only interested in posting offensive, inappropriate content. I think one of the most important aspects of learning to properly express yourself is to find the appropriate platform.

And I don't see it as judging; it's not my judgment, just reinforcing rules already set in place. You're right that they may not know the rules, but most sites I come from use that as an additional mark against you. Reading and knowing the rules is a requirement. Sure we won't be perfect and pristine all the time, but we at least need to make an effort.

Not trying to argue: I will say that when you haven't violated the Miiverse Code of Conduct, you're not able to access it on the Wii U, which is backwards, especially when reporting someone. Another thing that concerns me is that when people get console banned, they format their Wii U and it's as if nothing ever happened, and I think Nintendo should fix that.

It's a random thing for me to say but what you said reminded me of it.

Well, whatever problem happened looks like it's been solved. Now we can relax and act like nothing happened. If that fails, plan B: game, game, and game some more as much as possible.
