    Not to be rude or anything but I think the best way to get over a loss is to move on, if you think about it too deeply it will haunt you, it is hard I know, losing a loved one is not easy, but a well formed bond with a person will never break, I hope that's the kind of relationship you had with your uncle

    Your sadness is just you putting forth intense depression even though it has little to good use and your not comfortable with it and it makes you feel week because the depression is causing your body to slowly fall apart physically. Hope you don't get sick and sorry for your loss.
