    *ahem* A born werewolf does not typically transform until they are about six due to the transformation putting too much of a strain on an infants body. This will occur on the first full moon when the child is of age but in some cases it doesn't happen for a few full moons. The child will exhibit wolf pup-like features and behavior and'll need to be kept under watchful protective eye by the 'rents.

    Furthermore, a female werewolf will not transform when pregnant also due to the strain on the chikd that transforming causes. Contrary to popular belief, werewolves have been known to "do it" in werewolf form but whether or not a child can be produced from this is unclear. Trust me, boring Sarurday nights are "Supernatural Creature Lesson" nights in my house.

    Due to hormones, it is more likely to happen because of stress and so it is more noticeable, but no. 16 is not the first time a child werewolf will turn. If there's anything else you need to know about supernatural beings, just ask.
