    That appeared cuz you pissed off Zygarde, if you beat it while it's pissed then the next time you battle Zygarde instead of it saying Stage 14 it will be Stage 18(you basically skip 4 levels).

    the level goes up when you level 30 then you will get reward you can see the reward at the bottom of the screen
