I first played Twilight Princess on my GameCube.Than I traded all my GameCube stuff to get the Wii.I bought it for the Wii.I still have my Wii Twilight Princess and I still pay it.I got the Collector's Edition Stragey Guide to Twilight Princess.I'm a big time Zelda fan.I have all the Zelda games downloaded on my Wii U and all the Zelda games downloaded on my Wii side.

I wish to play that game.I used to have it but someone in my family was theres.

I also have Oracle Of Seasons,Oracle Of Time,Link's Awakening Downloaded on my 3DS.I can't wait to get Twilight Princess HD.

This was cool and all, but the lack of Zelda U, and the rumours that it might be yanked from the system I own, forcing me to hafta buy another new one, when I mostly got THIS one to have new LoZ, has put a damper on my wish for remakes and spin offs that seem created just to sell more Amiibos. Plus, on Miiverse, the LoZ Community is always in turmoil. Can't anything stop the spammers and trolls???

If any small change can be appreciated, it's being able to switch between wolf and human form without having to talk to Midna. I always wondered why I couldn't just switch at the press of a button on the Wii.

Quite a few spoiler answers about 2nd third of the interview when talk of Midna character beginns, so watch out!

One big question for Mr. Anouma: for a player such as myself, who hasn't yet had the chance to dive in the Zelda series other than the NES LoZ game, do I miss a lot if I skip the Gamecube and Wii version of Twilight Princess, and go straight to the HD version? (Note: I am a huge Wii motion controls fan!) Can anyone let me know their thoughts?

Same game but different control approaches, says Anouma. Perhaps the Wii version AND the WiiU version should be a must-buy, no? Wii version cause of motion controls, and WiiU version for Gamepad functionality and more classic controls.

Okay, that whole "wolf in a jail ceil dream" definitely sounds bogus for why the wolf was in the game. Especially considering the fact Twilight Princess released around the same time a particular movie in the Twilight saga did. coincidence? I think not.

In my case, I first played TP on the Wii version back in August 2014, when I was playing the game for the first time, it did had that dark theme feel to it but different from MM of course, I was interested in the story, gameplay, and characters so by the time I beat it, I was like "Wow." in a good way, The things I don't like about TP were some of the blurry textures you see from the game...

How in the heck did you guys think the gameplay mechanics of the wolf were in any way close to being complete? Doing anything with the wolf is just aggravating and awkward, especially whenever I had to fight with the wolf. The games overall combat mechanics with the wolf is just Z-target and tap A or using midna's cheese ring collecter. I t just feels sloppy and underwhelming.

and the Baloon fruit Minigame along with Poe Hunting but with these fixes in the HD remaster which had the Wii U Gamepad and the Ghost Lantern for assistance of finding the Poes, TPHD is more better than the original in my opinion, the picture quality and textures of TP is better, the climbing and swimming animations are faster, GamePad controls are great and easy to use, and the other new...

features are great as well including the amiibo functions to make the game easier or harder. The Wolf Link amiibo looks fantastic on my table and the Cave of Shadows is truly a tough dungeon, I need a Zelda amiibo for that one. :p Thanks so much for the HD Remaster Mr. Aonuma.

Yeah! Zelda U was mentioned twice. And for those who say zelda u is going to be on mx only, I think it will be on both consoles because it was promised for wii u already.

@Pika according to Hyrule historia, the era of the great seas (the windwaker) was the path where link lost to ganon in ocarina of time. The link in windwaker is in fact another boy and ganon has flooded hyrule.

How in the world did Aonuma's wife manage to go through the whole game without knowing about L-Targeting/Z-Targeting? XD

L'année dernière je jouais encore (pour la énième fois) à l'original GC, il est encore très frais dans ma tête. Zelda Wii U hype

I've played both the Wii and HD version of Twilight Princess and it still my faviorite Zelda game in the series. I can't wait to see the ideas that he had planned for Twilight Princess that are going to be in the new one.

This miiting was great! Legend of Zelda is the best franchise to me. I have good memorys with ALOT of games and as a Zelda fan i always will have huge respect for the team. E3 is 2 monthes away and i can't wait to finally see Zelda Wii U! Waited 5 years and it is finally coming! But please don't make Link a avatar he's established as a male. We could lose great momments like Zelda and link from SS

i sincerely lament the absence of Wii Remote controls, as they added a lot in terms of immersion and intuitiveness. For me the Wii Remote defined the game. Because of that i couldn't justify buying the HD version of the game. i did end up borrowing it from a friend and just do a single playthrough. After that, i returned to the Wii version and had a better time with it (d~.^)b

I've completed both Wind Waker HD and Twilight Princess HD.Both games were brilliant.

@Yankito, very interesting, I also love motion controls, but I also love what WiiU gamepad brought to the table- the 2nd screen experience , take ZombiU for example, it is perfect. If I will have enough money I will but both Wii and WiiU version of TP, Wii for motion controls, WiiU for graphics, 2nd screen controls and amiibo!

I have a wii, a wii u and a 3ds. I bought Majora's Mask 3d because I don't have a nintendo 64. I bought Twilight Princess for the Wii cause I don't have a gamecube. I know the graphics are better in the HD version (I played my friends game) but the Wii version was better. The way you swung your sword was awesome. It has always been my favourite game.

Guys i am sure they noticed our Zelda Wii U questions. Its likely were getting Zelda Wii U info in 2 monthes june 15th i believe at E3 2016 it could be June 16th. NOT SURE! BUT GET HYPED! i mean we survived 2\3 years for this game and we can't survive another 2 monthes! Yes the hype is real and these 2 monthes are going to be long! get hyped! E3 is coming.
