    She sneaks around town until she ends up at Zunari's stall, where she tries to break into his safe and steal stuff. If you follow her quietly and at a distance (i.e. out of sight), then you can surprise her from behind while she's stealing, catching her red-handed. Then if you say the right things during your conversation, she'll give you an empty bottle.
