I finally got it!

I just ordered my physical version of Fatal Frame from Europe! It should be here in a couple of weeks. It cost me about $160, but it is a small price to pay for a physical copy. Plus I would much rather give my money to NOE than NOA. I said nothing would stop me from owning a physical copy of this game and now nothing has. Take that NOA!

    If NOA ever gets their heads out of their butts and releases a physical version here, I will buy it again. I will however never buy a digital version.

    alright justin. now all we have to do is keep fighting for a physical release, if not then we must push to end region locking so we can play imported games. and never worry because i will never give up fighting.

Fatal Frame will be waiting in my collection until someone figures it out or Nintendo disables it with an update. Although I'm not holding my breath on the second scenario.     Yes but the e shop is digital, no physical copy. I wanted a physical copy. Since NOA is to stupid to release one in America, I did what I had to do to get a physical copy that was in english. I won't buy a digital game ever. I would rater pay $160 for a physical copy than $50 for a digital copy. That is how much I HATE digital media. I would have loved to not spend that much on a physical copy,

    If Nintendo has region locking on their next console, then they will be behind the times again. Hopefully they will follow Sony and Microsoft when it comes to region locking and not not use it on the NX.

    Squidkid49 I agree. But I wanted the game and I don't buy digital media for any reason. So I did what I needed to do in order to get a physical copy. Had Fatal Frame been released physically I could have bought more titles for my money. As I said NOA left me no choice. Now I will have to pass up buying another game latter just to make up the difference on this one. NOA lost a sale on this game

    and a future title because I had to spend so much just to import it. I have a gaming budget that I stick too. When the cost of one game eats into the cost of another something has to give.

    Kyle They deleted your post so obviously they are watching this. I too will buy this again if we ever get an American physical release. I just refused to buy a digital version. I understand that most people are not as crazy as I am and where willing to buy FF digitally and that is fine. I just hope that NOA doesn't take that as a green light to do it more often.

    Since Nintendo isn't going to have any presence at E3 this year and won't be showing much of anything new for Wii U, that they will at least use that as an opportunity to release more games like this and others left in Japan physically so they at least have some presence at retail until the NX launches. They could add more titles to the Platers Choice line too.
