    she used her psychic powers to pull on the girls hair, burn down the house and escape. Appearence: Frannie learned how to walk on two legs and now walks on two legs almost all the time. She has a brown leather bag that keeps her light crystal. Frannie's light crystal keeps Frannie from turning dark. Personality: Stubborn, can get angry easily, won't attack Pokémon unless it's a friendly battle

    Here is Mega Frannie. (This is a made up mega evolution) back story: When Frannie was still having science experiment tests on her, they put a mega stone inside of her, which let's her mega evolve without a keystone. That experiment is now illegal too. Appearence: Tail turns red, some bent and some unbent spoons float around her.
