    On Throh's level, you'll need to get rid of 50 rocks. You'll need a moves plus 5 because ordinarily it will only generate 48 rocks max. Many people use 'prank' ability pokemon to get the disruption counter to count down faster. But prank can also make it count up, so you need some luck.

    Yes, Rock Break counts, as far as I know.

    Yes, Ni is right. Rock break works. So do mega abilities that get rid of everything or just rocks and blocks, so m-audino or m-aerodactyl would both work. I'm not sure if replacing a rock with a pokemon works though, like m-heracross or m-slowbro. It may ... but I'm not sure.
