    Uh, it isn't normal. It's alien, almost as much as the Twili. Link's face says it all when he first meets them. They come from the City in the Sky, so they would definitely be weird to someone like Link.

    Same world so I wouldn't say they're alien. If anything they're more native cuz they've been around for alot longer just in the sky. The Twili were banished but they were once part of the same people, so I don't consider them alien either.
