    Use the Clawshot to reach the top of one of the two towers standing nearby, then drop down onto the ledge below. The two towers have a Spinber track running between them. You need to head across that track, then jump out right from the middle to land on the ledge where that chest is.

    If I'm not mistaken, I believe there's a stamp inside...though I could be wrong. It might instead be a purple or orange Rupee.
