The weather said there was going to be a thunderstorm later tonight by 9:00p.m. I'm so scared.... I'm scared of thunderstorms...

I know... Its just so scary... The large rumbles of thunder and how the lightning quickly illuminates a dark place... It scares me, a lot...

My little sister is terrified of them too. What helps is listening to music (you can't hear the rumble) sitting in a well-lit room or doing something to distract yourself. I know it's not a foolproof strategy, since electrical equipment can act up, but stay strong! :)
