Can someone help me there's a youtube video I want to see and I can only use my 3ds since our computer as problems every time I tap on the video it doesn't load and when I tap something like another video it doesn't respond and the only way to get out of it is the home button the Eshop says there are no problem,but the problem is still there can anyone tell me how to fix it.

    I turned it off and on the problem is still there I tried emailing them using the internet browser hopefully I can get a way to solve it.
