Omg, I just watched this brawl mod where you play as Sans, and before I watched it, I thought 'I would love him to be in smash, he's too op!'. Now, I think it might actually be possible. Scale down the opness, and it might be possible for him to dunk Mario and Link for their sins.

    I may be Undertale trash, but I'm also practical for my age. So, seeing that moveset satisfies both of my need. I was thinking his final smash would be turning everyone into a heart, slamming everyone into the walls, then making them fly into different directions. But this gut just used a gaster blaster combo.
