    I don't think that person savescumed. Each brand of clothing (i.e. forge) has an ability that is a x5% chance and one with a 0.5x% chance of rolling a certain ability. (i.e. forge has a x5% chance of rolling Special Duration Up and a 0.5x% chance of rolling Ink Saver (Sub)) The only ability that isn't effected by brands is Bomb Range Up.
