Are harvest sprites worth it?

Just asking because i'm finding harvest sprites annoying because when I try and get a crop,I talk to the sprite instead of picking up the crop plus their mini games are boring so with that all said do they get better?

    I like them cause I plant alot of crops ! And just get them to water. Good to tend to animals when storm comes! I only impressed 2 cause you really dont need all of them! They like eggs!!

    Oh harvest sprites feed animals during storms thats nice I guess they are wort it.
