4x100, 100, high jump, and triple jump those are my normal events, but my coach doesn't know what he's doing, so ive been in the 200 and the 4x400 too do u know what an SMR is? a sprint medley relay? im also in one of those at invitational meets

I run the 4x100, 4x400 (SAVE ME), 100 and 200. But since my coach says me and my 3 freshman friends are guaranteed to get to cities championships, he's gonna drop me from varsity to frosh soph to run just the 100 and 200 also, I've never done a sprint medley, i want to do it tho

At my old school in NJ, they did sprint and distance medleys in indoor track, and they had one at an invitational that I went to a few weeks ago, but i never participated. what are your times for your races?

for the 100, my record is 11.1 or 2 but my average is probably like 11.4 for the 200, record is 22.89, but average is probably 23. and for the 400 i run 53

Thanks :) I was actually really surprised tho cause this year i came off a torn hamstring from last year and then i just started running fast out of nowhere like i never thought i could say to people that my 400 time is under a minute
