通りすがりの者です。 Miiverseは任天堂が提供しているサービスなので、「運営」＝「任天堂」ですよ。ハピネット公式のように本人確認済みユーザーのゲームメーカーは「運営」ではないので、小説投稿や違反投稿のルール決めて下さい！どうにかして下さい！と言われても困るだけだと思います。 Miiverse利用ガイドを決めているのは任天堂ですし。コメント失礼しました。
