Been a while, but i believe the one on the RIGHT is actually hidden UNDER the platform that had the key on it. To get it, use the hookshot while standing on the wood platform to shimmy your way across to it. As for the other, I would have to see the room again

spoiler there is a chest or a place to use the hookshot and u will get 300 rupees aka a gold rupee
