    It looks like Play Journal entries also go here, because there's one with a picture of a 3DS (and the amiibo reader) in the 3DS Touch Screen aspect ratio.

    It's the same board, they just didn't put down 3ds like with tipping stars. (which shares both the 3ds and wii u on one board) The 3ds leads to this board when you have the game open and enter miiverse.
