does anyone know why this is for the wiiu?

im just wondering because one of the reasons this was so great was the fact that it was portable. its still an awesome game, but why couldnt nintendo make it for both?

    The 3Ds for some reason has trouble emulating GBA games ,and fps is not stable. The wii u can handle emulating it though.
