Missing Flipnote Studio

Does anybody know what happened to Flipnote Studio / Fipnote Hatena? I thought I saw something about it coming out for the 3DS after they discontinued it on the DSi. Is it available? i didn't know where else to post this question.

I have it on my 3Ds. It's really exclusive. Only My Nintendo members can get it. If you hurry & register you can get it. It's awesome!
