    ☆Bluestar★'s advice: If the background plays a big part in da pic(Someone in the background, the main part o' da pic sitten' or doin' somethin' wit' stuff in da background, etc.)then, I'd do the background first. But, if there's nothing to the background except filling up space or making it look a little better, than I'd draw the background last.

    Usually last. But, it's actually better to draw the background first. It makes the drawing look more 3D-like.

    I usually draw the background last, and get the idea of the background from whatever my subject is. For example, if i drew a wolf my b.g. would be scary/ mysterious. ^-^

    at last, Why? Because, the most important think is the Drawing you are doing EXAMPLE:You are drawing a random cat, Thats the inportant thing the cat, BUT the backround can be the situacion (Fear= Black Normal= wthite And ya now) so is better do it at last
