    I got my sixith assistant not to long ago (probs a month), I don't think there's any specific way to do it. You just gotta wait.

    I think compatibility has to do with how often they'll complete their specific skills, like restocking or selling outfits for you. And Peach, change the interior of your shop to attract new customers, including your last assistant.
