    You have to go to Fuscia City in the Safari Zone,pay to get in, leave, BUT, when the guy says Leaving Already? Say no, do it again, save exit the game, go back into the game, leave the Safari Zone, the guy will ask you this time if you want to pay to get in, say no, walk around anywhere in the game for 500 steps until the PA says ding-dong. You will be back in the Safari Zone, leave. That's it.
