自分は主に「SpritecraftFull」と「Foto-mosaik-Edda」って言う画像をminecraftのブロックに変換するソフトを使って作ってます。その他にもドット絵とは直接関係ないですが画像の解像度を調整したりするために「PictBear」って言う画像編集ソフトも使ってます。
