There's apparently a trainer that yields a Dragonite from the Trainer-Fly glitch right at the beginning of Cycling Road. Since I'm close to being able to get the Poké Flute and therefore access Cycling Road, I might as well take this opportunity to finally use Dragonite in an in-game playthrough.
