    Don't worry. I hate the "Sanic" and "Gotta Go Fast" memes too. It just reminds me how low Sonic has sunk in the internet. I think the blind hate on Sonic is absolutely ridiculous. Now all of a sudden the Adventure games, Heroes, Colours and Generations are hated on for no reason. I think its something to do with Sonic Boom Rise of Lyric's bad reputation, even though ITS A SPIN OFF.

    I mean its like the equivalent of this. Take the movie Jaws. What is said to be one of the greatest and most loved movies of all time and Jaws 2 is said to be an okay sequel. And then Jaws 3 and Jaws 4 came around, what are said to be two of some of the worst sequels ever made, plus Jaws 4 is said to be one of the worst movies ever made. And then Jaws 1 and 2 are hated on because of 3 and 4.

    *Sigh* I think they're blinded be nostalgia. And it doesn't help that Mario fans think Mario is perfect no matter what. I'm a Mario fans too & I think Super Mario 3D Land isn't that good. I also think the Koopalings have overstayed there welcome since NSMBWii.

    I'm actually more of a fan of the Mario RPGs than I am with the Mario platformers. Since they have an actual story to them and they give characters such as Peach and Bowser actual character and personality. Well with the exception of Paper Mario Sticker Star. That game had little to no story, Peach is back to being the "Save me, Mario!" damsel in distress and Bowser doesn't even have any lines.

    In Paper Mario 64 and Thousand Year Door, while Peach is held captive, she sneaks around the villain's base to find clues on whats their plan and gives those clues to Mario. In Mario and Luigi Partners in Time, she helps out a little bit in the final battle.

    (@Jarvin) I'm glad you asked. I originally made a post about Super Mario 3D Land. But deleted it cause of fear of administration removal. I'll gladly re-post/re-work it. Small sample, Some of the problems I have with SM3DL are the same problems I have in NSMBWii & NSMB2. (Mostly NSMB2.)
