KNIGHT MAN CHIPS NEEDED! WHERE IS HIM??? PLEASE HELP!!!!

Help me, I'm close to the next WWW Area boss, and to do it I need all Navi chips (not PharaohMan). I have the KnightMan V1 chip but I don't remember where in Netopia i fought him. The question is: WHERE IS THE KNIGHT MAN REMATCH, NETOPIA 1, NETOPIA 2 OR NETOPIA 3????? I'll follow you and also 5 yeahs if you answer.
