NINE Skill Boosters & it just filled the gauge to the 3rd circle. Believe it took 8 Boosters to fill 2nd circle. Tried 2 battles after the 9 to C how often its skill would work. 1st battle; Used him 1st in 3 combo's & his ability NEVER triggerd. 2nd battle; 2 of 3 combo's used 1st in, made his ability work. Think it triggerd more WITHOUT Skill Booster! All that $! :(
