    I don't even play Bayonetta, but I'm a bit irritated they knocked her down a notch. It's more of a challenge online when I run into someone playing her, and I usually do okay against Bayonetta anyway...Plus it feels like a character can't be genuinely really good without people calling for nerfs.

    Also I know how I'd feel if people accused my favorites like Ike, Roy, and Marth of being overpowered (even though I know they're not), and they got weakened as a result. I'd not be happy. From the little that I played Bayonetta, she seemed like she required high skill to use properly. Still though, I don't play online much nowadays. It takes up a good bit of time that I'd rather devote to things

    @William The timing to get her 0-death combos is very precise, and most of the players using her in competitive play were very good to begin with. You do enjoy your JRPGs. I recommended downloading Xenogears instead of Chrono Cross. Then you can see some of the elements it had that were brought into the original Xenoblade Chronicles.

    I might do that at some point, Aaron. Is there something about Chrono Cross you don't like that makes you recommend Xenogears instead? The reason I want to try Chrono Cross is that Chrono Trigger is one of my all time favorites right up there with Earthbound and Xenoblade. I've heard a lot of mixed opinions about Cross so I figured I would just try it myself.

    Speaking of RPGs, do you play many of them? I know you like FFX and X-2 as well as XIII and Xenoblade. Have you ever played Chrono Trigger or Earthbound? Pretty much my two favorite RPGs ever.

    @William Not too many. I tend to stick with the popular ones like Final Fantasy & Pokémon. I'm interested in trying the Tales series & Earthbound series as well. I just need to put aside the time for them.

    Pretty much the whole reason I'm into RPGs is that I had Super Mario RPG as a kid. It's the biggest reason I wanted to try others though the Paper Mario and M&L series helped too. It only recently dawned on me that I could play so many classic ones from the PSN. Also I figured I can't call myself a real RPG fan until I've played a lot of the classics, haha.

    Earthbound is amazing though at least to me. It's extremely weird, often breaks the fourth wall, has fun battles, and it can get genuinely creepy and atmospheric at times. It also has some genuinely serious and moving moments as well. Haven't played enough of Earthbound Beginnings to tell you about it though, and I'm still hoping for a Mother 3 localization.

    @Bluedude87 You sure missed out on a great game. Chrono Cross has a lot of cool things going for it. I recommend learning more about it and seeing if you want to try it again. @William Chrono Cross is an awesome game, and so is Xenogears (and the Xenosaga games). So either one you choose is a good experience.
