    First, you should lv up your pokemon a little bit. When I battled Froakie, my team had mega Ampharos lv8, Zapdos lv8, Shaymin land form lv9 and Skeptile lv9 ( So basically the same team to yours, but higher lv ), buy a mega start and caught it at... I don't remember...23% :)
