I've been busy with the Special stages, and grinding levels and coins (all used on Groudon, why I don't even know) instead of continuing through the Main stages. "Strongest Pokémon" is relative. Highest AP = 110 (Arceus, Regigigas, Zygarde 100%). Useful Abilities = Barrier Bash+, Rock Smash+, Mega Boost+, Power of 4+, Crowd Control...
