    You'll mostly want to train up anything with a base power of 70 or up (Or with a useful ability like Barrier Bash +). However there are some weaker pokemon that are used as disruptions that would make the stage easier if you leveled them up (Like Goomy, who's be used for several stages)

    Level up everything useful first. It's pointless to level up the bad Pokemon unless you've already fully maxed everything else first.
