    A very good question. Seviper is extremely strong against other Pokémon, and it may be difficult to defeat it even with a strong team. Your best bet is for it to attack or damage something that is personally important to you, such as your luxurious hair. At that point, you should have no problem beating it into submission and capturing it using your bare hands.
