Worst pseudo-legendary Pokémon? In terms of performance in battle I'd probably have to say Goodra because it's a special wall without an instant recovery move, and it can't even make use of its unique ability Gooey effectively because it has low Defense. Design-wise... Goodra is definitely also in contention, but I'd have to go with Salamence because of the way its wings are shaped.
