After holding on to my 19 Raise Max Levels for weeks, I've decided to use my first (ten) RMLs on Kyogre and Groudon. They are the original Sapphire and Ruby, after all, and what am I if not a fan of Garnet and her constituents? It's not all SU though; Sapphire is my birthstone, and rubies are literally just red sapphires (and sapphires are rubies of non-red colors, too)! This was an easy choice.

    And besides upgrading them as a matter of principle, Groudon's viability has kind of skyrocketed as a result of Quake being upgradable. Between its great offensive typing, its massive attack power, and its now hyperactive mini-Disruption Delay, Groudon could become a huge meta Pokémon for Survival Mode. Kyogre may not be as useful, but I do like keeping the symmetry between these two, so why not?
