I've met a person over streetpass. His name is shadow & he is, believe it or not, HR 206. I was wondering how he became HR 206. I thought it was either because he did so type of quest over and over again or he just had 206 quest to do and more to finish. So my question is: Who do i become like that high in rank?

    Btw completing a quest does not give you a rank up,its completing specific quest and get experience.

    A player's HR will usually jump after they complete the HR 7 Urgent quest IF they've been doing other quests beside the key quest. This is why you'll see posts here from startled users who were HR 7, but jumped to a higher number like HR 38 after they completed the HR 7 urgent quest.
